The Sustainability Scorecard® gauges core competencies and existing strengths from which a company should build upon, and identifies gaps that should be addressed with strategies for improvement. The five core competencies include demonstrated management commitment, metrics and reporting of results to stakeholders, systematic auditing/assurance of sustainability performance, engagement of internal and external stakeholders, and sustainability innovation process.
